Shipping policy
At Solaire by Zero, we deliver your handcrafted jewellery with care, wherever you are in India.
🚚 Shipping within India
- We ship Pan India through trusted courier partners.
- Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
📦 Shipping charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
- A flat fee of ₹149 applies to prepaid orders below ₹1,999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available only in Mumbai, with a flat COD fee of ₹149. Free shipping is available on prepaid orders only.
✏️ Cancel or change your order
You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 8850294174 with your order number. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or dispatch and can't be changed.
🔍 Order tracking
Use the tracking link sent by email or WhatsApp to follow your parcel. If you haven't received it after dispatch, message us and we'll help.

- Please double-check your address and phone number when ordering. We can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
- Delays caused by unforeseen courier issues are beyond our control, but we'll help you follow up.
- If a delivery is missed, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly.
